YUZU One of fruits under citrus family popularly grown in Japan and Korea. It has special identity, the peel has a more distinctive aroma than normal oranges and the bright yellow color gives a fresh feeling. Yuzu taste is rather a combination of grapefruit, lemon, and mandarin orange.
